Delivery Locations and Charges

 

The service we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post or Fastway Couriers; it is a trackable delivery service. With this service Post will deliver your item to your nominated delivery address. If no one is home, they will leave a card stating that your item is available for you to collect from your Local post office or Local Fastway Depot.

When we dispatch your order we email you to notify you of the carrier selected and a consignment note which may be used for track and trace.
New Zealand deliveries are made using various couriers.

If you are in Melbourne, it would be 2 days from place an order to receive. If you are outside or interstate it would be 3-4 days.

Returns


Consumer Returns


How long do I have to return products?

 

You are able to return unsuitable products within 7 days of receipt. Please return them in the original packaging. All non-faulty returns must be unused and unworn.
Personalised or customised products cannot be returned.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by TM Sports within 7 days from the invoice date, at TM Sports discretion for credit or exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% percent restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded on non-defective returned items.
Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

 

How much does it cost to return an item?


The cost of returning the product unless faulty, defective or not fit for purpose will be at your expense. You can choose how you return your items, however we request that you get proof of postage and that you choose a reasonably priced service that is safe.

 

How do I return an item?


You must register your product return by emailing info@tmsports.com.au you will be sent a returns number for your product return. Do not return your product(s) until you have received a returns number. We will not accept product without a returns number.
Re-pack the item(s) neatly in its original packaging. Please note, any items that are received in an unsuitable or unreasonable state will be rejected.
Add the TM Sports returns number to your returns form. Returns received without a returns number will not be processed.
Return the goods to the following address at your own cost. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

How long does it take to process the return?


We aim to process your return as quickly as possible, but it may take up to five working days for the process to be completed. Please note, all refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your credit or debit card account.

 

How can I monitor the status of my return?


We will send you an email once we receive your return and upon completion of the process.
